A CENTRAL SPINE FOR A CONVERGING INNOVATION CIRCLE
The purpose of building the Innovation Ring is to bring together talent, technology, and resources.” At the same time, centralized production and research carry significant value for industrial development, urban growth, and technological advancement.
The project design actively explores the site’s opportunities, respecting the existing semicircular form of the central area and its second-level corridor. By establishing a central axis, it creates a complete circular landmark at the core. Linking to the existing elevated corridor, the design builds a continuous interface that shapes the Innovation Ring and establishes an integrated campus
MASTER PLAN
In the overall master plan, the ground level follows the site’s contours to maximize building coverage, while terraced towers are compactly arranged to enhance efficiency, creating a highly productive industrial campus. In the landscape design, a green innovation axis is introduced, connecting the northern green corridor with east–west pathways to form a high-quality environment for production and office activities.
SHADING SYSTEM
The building adopts a three-dimensional shading system composed of horizontal louvers and vertical fins, effectively reducing solar radiation in summer. The façade incorporates low-E insulated glazing, which blocks excess sunlight and lowers the building’s energy consumption.
