This project aims to create a bright, open, and efficient workspace that seamlessly integrates office and reception functions. Soft partitions such as greenery, screens, bookshelves, flooring transitions, and ceiling variations are used to divide spaces while minimizing solid walls to maintain visual openness. Circulation is carefully planned to separate staff and visitor flows, ensuring functionality without interference. Daylight is maximized by positioning key areas along the windows, enhancing brightness and comfort. The overall design adopts a clean and elegant aesthetic, fostering a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere while maintaining spatial order through thoughtful details. The river view is fully utilized by placing light-demanding and scenic functions along the facade. Acoustic and odor control measures are integrated without compromising transparency or natural light access.

During the refinement of the project, several key adjustments were implemented to optimize function and user flow. The street-facing glass facade was confirmed for partial demolition to allow the installation of a new main entrance, enhancing accessibility and presence. The number of service counters was reduced from three to one or two, streamlining operations and freeing up space. An additional account-opening room (Room 1B) was added to accommodate increased service demand. A compact pantry was introduced, designed with integrated concealed storage to support both staff convenience and spatial cleanliness. These updates respond to operational needs while maintaining the clarity and efficiency of the overall layout.
